My child has a very strong preference for sweet foods and drinks; how do I make him drink Lactogrow®?

Children should not be given too much of sugary foods as they increase the chances of a child being overweight. Recommended amount of sugar intake in a day is 4-5 tsp. a day.

Gradually try to reduce the sugar content in the child’s diet and replace with naturally sweet foods like fruits, dates, raisins, figs etc., which are sources of calories, as well as nutrients like vitamins and minerals. Desserts and sweets like candies, cookies, cakes, sweetened soft drinks, packaged fruit juices etc. should be given to children occasionally as a sweet treat and in controlled portions.
